Every once in a while is fine , but dont make it a habbit.
IF you do a low carb beer (michelob ultra light, or Miller lite)
- A glass of red wine here and there is fine (the natural sugars make this one hard to keep in your diet regularly, other than that the natural resveratrol(antioxidant) is very healthy for the body.
- mixed drinks are ok spairingly...use diet sodas
