[[font="Tahoma"]I started this diet and was all" Yeah I can do this." Lost a few and then said to myself well you can cheat a little you lost weight. Now the little has turned into not stiicking to it hardly at all. I will eat a few meals a day and then substitute for a few meals . This is how i sabotage myself every time. Anyone else do this? How did you stay focused?I was thinking pictures of myself but then i dont want everyone else to see them so NEED Advise!!!! Thanks

This is the most common tale of most dieters. They will start to stick with there proposed diet plan, will start to see results, then think they can eat cheat meals, then they gain the weight back and some times even extra lbs. My advice to you. Stick to the diet to the "T", in advance do to your diet calendar and get rid of any "unwanted" meals that dont fit to your liking and subsitute them with something that will work for you (something that is on the subsitution list).
Then for each succesful week that you diet without cheating, reward 1 meal on your 8th day for a cheat meal. But dont eat anything with calories over 500 calories. Your asking yourself, "how do i know if a triple cheeseburger and fries at wendys is under 500 calories?" If you want a cheat meal like this , you have to use common sense. At a place like that, yeah it doesnt seem like a lot of food, but they are calorie dense, there is probably 800-900 calories in a meal like that. So be sensible. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, then buy some sugar free jello packs, and you can have up to 2 of those a day, in between your meals. That will help take the edge off.
Thank you i will do the jello thing i am a sweet tooth. Fast food i do not eat so the r eward meal will be something sweet. i just need to get motivated again thank you for your advise
