Default Exercise - 05-14-2008, 07:50 PM

I walk at least 4-5 times a week, up hills and down but it seems to do no good for the extra weight. What is a good exercise for a 65 year old with "delicate knees" and a need to drop a good 25 pounds? Exercise that won't kill or cripple me. :
