Default Foods if you "Go to the Gym" Or Exercise - 06-12-2007, 01:08 AM

Hey you always want a "Sufficient" amount of protein rich foods. But do not over-do the protein intake either. Lean Sources of protein, and some good carbs and fats. You need all of these macronutrients to stay healthy and to mainly stay alive!

Default Foods to lose weight - 11-03-2007, 03:36 PM

Is there really an actual FOOD to lose weight? My answer would be.. of course!
Anytime you eat a healthy WHOLE food you are actually speeding up your body's metabolic rate and in fact helping to burn calories. So what am I talking about?
EAT your RAW Veggies! Crunch on the celery, baby carrots, Turnips & cabbage IF your tummy can handle that., and guess what .. The food not only takes the body energy- which means it is burning up calories.. to consume all that nice roughage and fiber, but your also getting enzyme action as well! So as it should have been said.."eat, drink and be merry because tomorrow we will be thin and happy" well, for some of us anyway. http://www.zyleneinfo.net

Hello,

Yes, that is plenty of exercise! Make sure your doing enough cardio. But resistance training with weights is important too.
