Hello,
You are not alone, many people have disabilities that enable them to do workouts even walking. That is Okay! Do not stress your body anymore than you have to. Diet and nutrition is 80% of the battle anyway. I have seen people lose 100lbs without exercise, just straight diet. Diet is the biggest key ingredient to weight-loss, stay motivated!
