Default water? - 09-23-2009, 07:38 PM

I'm a "veteran" dieter and I find it interesting that no mention of water intake is mentioned in my diet plan. Usually I find water intake is stressed. I'm a little nervous and want to do well, as close to perfect as possible. I'm really looking at the guarantee at this plan because so many times I have just "stopped" losing weight even though I'm following a plan. After a few weeks of no weight loss I quit. And thus the cycle begins of the up and down weight loss. Well, I'm open to the possibility to losing weight so here goes.................

Well I answered my own question about the water. I found a helpful post from back in April in the "ask the expert" forum.

Yes,

We had another post about "what you should drink to effectively lose weight on the smartdiets program" and it explains everything on that post. Good luck with everything, and you have any other questions, post them on the message boards.
