Can't totally Spot Reduce w/ Exercise -

Hey Buddy,
Great Exercise's for burning that stubborn bodyfat is any kind of ab-Exercise (Leg lift, crunches, etc.) But just because you are performing ab exercises doesnt mean that you are going to burn body fat at your waistline. Technically you can't really spot reduce bodyfat on certain areas of the body. Doing abs a lot will strengthen your abdominal muscles therefore when you LOSE the bodyfat, your abs will show better. The biggest part of losing that body fat is through Diet, for long periods of time. Eating clean on a diet for a long period is important because your metabolism will speed faster and faster and with the perfect macronutrient Ratio's (Carbs,Protein & Fats) that will put your body in a "Fat-burning" State. Cardio and some weight-training is also important for burning fat, It's an overall lifestyle change that starts and Stays with Diet!
